Some people vent their anger by shouting, kicking something, punching a door or wall; others carry around silent anger that drags them down.

Anger can be caused by internal or external events. People can get angry in certain situations (queues, traffic etc.) or get angry at a certain person. Others may be angry about certain events from the past. Personal problems also can cause a lot of anger, worry and stress.
